An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Experimenta.  We are looking for a Program Manager who will design and deliver our artistic program (triennials and special projects) in line with the artistic vision set by the Artistic Committee and Board. 

This role will develop, advise on and deliver experimental art programs driven by technology.   Including managing artistic projects, programs and venues to meet our strategic outcomes, funder requirements and our artistic vision; with a particular mind to budget and time constraints regarding delivery.

This role will continue to manage the already inflight triennial exhibition of Experimenta Life Forms which will tour until 2023, as well as other funded programs of work, such as Experimenta Social.

This role is tasked with securing new venues and associated contracts, as well as managing the installation and de-installation at venues across the triennial.  

The ideal candidate will combine experience in curating/artistic strategy, exhibition management and touring, programs development and delivery, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to supporting contemporary artforms and artists. This is a key role that requires a level of maturity in regards to managing workloads and decision-making.
